What we make
Every part here is moulded in house. Compression for custom and mid-size runs, injection for higher volumes. If you have the drawing, we work to it. If you only have the worn part, we work from that.
Gaskets
Flat and profiled gaskets, cut to drawing or matched to the one that failed.
Diaphragms
Moulded diaphragms for valves, actuators and pumps, up to 600 × 600 mm.
Boots & bellows
Handle boots, lever boots and protective bellows for machinery and vehicles.
Plugs & caps
Sealing plugs, dust caps and blanking plugs for harnesses, ports and connectors.

Send the drawing or the part
A drawing, a photograph or the worn part is enough to start. No drawing? We measure the sample.

Quote in two lines
Tooling and piece price are quoted separately, so the mould cost stays visible.

First article in 7–10 days
Tooling is made inside that window. You approve a sample before production starts.

Production and shipping
Once the sample is approved we run the order. Export documents are handled on our side.

Pick the material for the environment, not the price. If you are unsure, tell us what the part touches and we will suggest one.

Working with us
- Tooling is a separate line. You see the mould cost before you commit, not folded into a piece price you cannot check.
- The first article comes in 7–10 days, tooling time included, so trying us out does not cost you a quarter of a year.
- Small runs go on compression presses, higher volumes on injection. You do not have to order a container to get a part made.
- English throughout. Drawings, questions and shipping documents are handled in your language.
- One person on your enquiry, from the first quote to delivery. Nothing gets handed to someone you have never spoken to.

We are glad to sign an NDA before drawings change hands. If a part is outside our platen, we will say so rather than quote it.
